Two Hour Buns
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 5-6 cups flour
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar.
- Beat eggs, sugar, oil and water until foamy.
- Add flour and salt, mix.
- Let rise and punch down once.
- When risen again, shape into buns, let rise and bake 12-15 minutes at 375ºF.
